Reserve | To reserve a bear, email a purchase request. Include your full name and shipping address. The first to email me will reserve the item. Any subsequent emails will be placed on a waiting list in the order received. I reply promptly to all inquiries and will provide regular status updates until the item is paid in full. If a bear says "Reserved", it means that a commitment has been made, but payment has not yet been received. You are welcome to let me know that you are interested in that bear, and would like to be contacted if the bear becomes “Available” again. | |
Payment | Paypal - I accept all forms of Paypal payments. Including direct payment, credit cards, and electronic checks. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment. Credit Cards - I process your credit card payments through PayPal’s secure online system. If you would like to pay with your purchase via credit card, please let me know and I will email you an electronic invoice that you can pay directly from. You do not need a Paypal account. Credit Card orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Personal Checks - I accept personal checks. Please allow 5-7 days for your payment to clear once we receive it. All information required for payment by cheque will be provided at the time of purchase. Money Orders or Cashiers Checks - Orders paid via Money Order or Cashiers Check will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. All information required for payment by Money Order or Cashiers Checks will be provided at the time of purchase. International Orders of Money Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Checks Must Be Paid in CDN Funds Only Please. I will be happy to do the conversion for you. International Orders of Paypal and Credit Cards paid in CND funds Please. All Seraphim Bears are listed for adoption in CND funds. Paypal is the preferred payment style as I cannot be held responsible for cheques lost in the mail. International Buyers: All items are to be paid in US dollars. | |
Layaway | Layaway is available. I offer two different types of Layaway plans: 30 Day Layaway Plan - 1/2 paid upon time of order, 1/2 due 30 days after the order date. 60 Day Layaway Plan - 1/3 paid upon time of order, 1/3 due 30 days after the order date, 1/3 due 60 days after the order date. If you are using PayPal to pay for your adoption of a Seraphim Bear, please note that a small fee of 3% + $0.30 CAD per transaction will be added. This fee is a charge incurred by Paypal per transaction. If you are Paying for your bear in one payment I will wave this fee and cover the cost myself. I am flexible with my Layaway terms, so if the above plans do not meet your needs, please contact me to arrange a personal payment plan. If you cancel a Layaway Plan the initial payment will be treated as a restocking fee and will be forfeited. Any remaining funds will be returned to the buyer. If you are paying by Paypal the buyer is responsible for any Paypal fees exceeding the first layaway payment. | |
Shipping | I charge exact fees and there are no hidden costs. I will ship Expedited mail, Priority Post, or Venture One Express Post . I will ALWAYS find the very best price with insurance and delivery confirmation that is available. For online shows and to streamline the process I often offer a standard rate for shipping which is ALWAYS less than actual costs. | |
Safety | Seraphim's World of Whimsy (WOW) are collectible artist bears and friends made of only the highest quality materials. They are not safe for children and are made with the discerning adult collector in mind. Please purchase responsibly. | |
